CSI Procurement
The Commonwealth of Virginia's procurement portal, eVA, provides information about Commonwealth solicitations and awards.
All CSI procurement related documents, including the RFP, all addenda, any questions and answers, as well as any other document issued, can be found on the eVA website.
Offerors are encouraged to check this site on a regular basis and, in particular, prior to submission of proposals to identify any documents and/or addenda that may have been issued.
To find CSI procurement documents in eVA, go to http://www.eva.virginia.gov under "Solicitations and Awards." A keyword search, using "Systems Redesign" or "10-020" may be used to locate the solicitation.

All inquiries concerning the RFP shall be submitted in writing by email, subject: "Questions on RFP #154:10-020" to Nancy M. Davis, who is the single point of contact. DMV requires questions in electronic (MS Word, 2003 or compatible) format via e-mail or as an e-mail attachment to nancy.davis@dmv.virginia.gov.
From the date of issuance of the RFP until the selection of a Contractor is announced, all questions concerning any part of the RFP shall be directed to Nancy M. Davis. It is not permissible for any Offeror, or any entity working on behalf of an Offeror, to solicit information from any other individual or government source (Federal or State) other than from the official single point of contact listed above. Any unauthorized solicitations for information to anyone other than the single point of contact are grounds for disqualification of Offeror's proposal.
