CSI (System Redesign) Project
Organization Structure
DMV's CSI team provides overall project management. The CSI team combines DMV business and information technology representatives as well as contractor resources in a mixed projectized and matrixed organization with a CSI Project Manager that reports directly to the CSI Project Sponsor.
