Credentialing

The Credentialing team is responsible for bringing DMV's issuance, renewal, sanction and reinstatement processes into alignment with the five characteristics of CSI:

Customer-Centric - DMV will better assess our customers' needs, because new screen designs will display all credentials held by a customer.
Service-Oriented - Using electronic forms where possible will foster a paperless environment where employees can focus on customers, not paperwork.
State-of-the-Art - Utilizing the latest in technological advances will provide State-of-the-Art capabilities.
Secure - DMV will continue to implementing internal controls to detect fraud and ensure the confidentiality of our customers' personal data.
Intelligent - DMV will continue to interface with external systems to verify and/or retrieve data to ensure proper authentication and validation in our processes.
