What is the definition of a farm?
Virginia Code defines a farm as one or more areas of land used to pro- duce, cultivate, grow, or harvest agricultural products. A tree farm does not qualify as a farm unless it is also part of a nursery, a Christmas tree farm, or what is otherwise a farm. (Va. Code § 46.2-698)What is the definition of agricultural products?
