Motorcycle Dealer Registration Process

To obtain a Virginia Certificate of Dealer Registration as a foreign (non-Virginia) dealer to sell motorcycles at wholesale auctions in the Commonwealth of Virginia, you must:

1. Hold a valid Dealer License in your home state and include a photocopy of that license with your initial or renewal application for registration.
2. Complete the Form DSD-14 application.

The Virginia Certificate of Registration will expire concurrently with your home state license.
