Registration Process

To obtain a Virginia Certificate of Dealer Registration to sell manufacturered homes, you must:

1. Hold a valid Department of Housing and Community Development Dealer License and include a photocopy of that license with your initial or renewal application for registration.
2. Complete the Form DSD-14A application.

Registration Fees for One Year

Registration fee (DSD 14A)
     $50

The Virginia DMV Certificate of Registration will expire concurrently with your Department of Housing and Community Development dealer license.
