What to Expect

Positions are posted each week. So, make a note to periodically check our job listings.

  • If you are applying for more than one position, submit a separate application and/or resume for each.

  • We encourage you to apply on-line so you can answer job-related questions that are included in the on-line application. This will help us evaluate your qualifications for the position.

  • Applicants who apply on-line can instantly see an application confirmation number and will able to track the status of the application during the selection process.

  • Your application and/ or resume will be screened against criteria relating to the position’s duties and the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

  • If you are invited to interview, do your homework on DMV – learn who we are, what we do -- so that you can relate your experience to the work we do. Check out the DMV web site and be prepared to ask some questions of your own.

  • If you are interviewed but not selected for a position, you will receive a letter letting you know.

  • If you are selected, you will receive a confirmation letter.
